Overall exoerience was good and damily happy. The experience could be better if rooms could be booked facing the Pool and park. Similar hotels and resorts were available in the same locality with expisure to sea beach also. I believe, holidayers do not mind paying extra bucks for the above extended facilities, which the company should take note and xare.
Recently I have visited Malaysia. Had gone for 3nights 4days holiday with my family. I really had a great time. It's been a wonderful journey. Travel Potato have appointed each individual to handle a particular destination. We were glad that miss myra who handles Malaysia packages have been with us throughout the journey. She helped us whenever we needed. Overall its was just awesome. Will definitely recommend to others.
We book a family trip to Malaysia for 4Nights.. Services of Travelpotato was beyond our expectation... We were very choosy about our hotel. So Team suggested us Mercure Shaw Parade Hotel. The Hotel was awesum and service was good. We got early checkin at around 8am, Hotel Location was very good, lots of shopping & restaurant option in the walking distance. Family with kids must go to Malaysia.. Travelpotato team guidance was there 24 x 7 throughout our trip. We will definitely recommend Travelpotato Services to all our friends & relatives. This is to hail Ms Poonam Verma, who earlier this year helped me plan a perfect honeymoon holiday in Europe covering the highlights at Paris, Switzerland and Amsterdam. Paris was a destination my wife eagerly wanted to be at , while we did managed the mandatory Effiel Tower click, I must say Disneyland was also a true delight in Paris. The hotel arranged at Interlaken, Hotel Beausite was absolutely amazing and the Swiss Train journey over a period of 4 days was truly a mesmerizing experience. Not to forget The Amsterdam colours, which completed our Europe itenary to perfection and left us craving for more. And will certainly be there again, the only thing I know now is to contact Ms Poonam Verma and rest I know will be perfectly sorted. She is a true gem and genius. She even guided us to nearest Indian restaurants at all our locations and it became so easy fir us. Thank you Poonam for all your dedication and assistance. Wish you all the very best and success.

Fantastic planning done by the team. Ours was a one week trip to Bali. It was well organised right from the flight bookings to accommodation. We went for a private tour. It was very convenient and flexible. The package provided a balanced mix of water sports, sight seeing and the traditional tours. Well planning as none of the days were too hectic. We also got sufficient time to roam around the city along with the daily schedules. Over all, a very nice experience. Facilities provided were as promised by them. Would love to plan with travelpotato again!
